These handmade pancakes are often used in Mu Shu pork. Here, they will wrap hoisin braised pork and scrambled eggs, then top them with pickled red onion and cucumber.
Seared Green Beans and Ground Pork
Pan-seared green beans with garlic-ginger ground pork with a side of jasmine rice.
Poached Chicken with Chili Crisp
Chicken breast is poached, cooled, sliced, and drenched in soy and chili crisp sauce. Sichuan peppercorns make this dish tingle on the tongue. This side is eaten cold with rice on the side.

Chinese egg tarts are as simple as they are delicious. A simple, crispy crust lines a tart mold, which is then filled with egg custard and baked.
